Koigo Software inc. (“Koigo”) is a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada.
This Privacy Policy covers visitors to www.koigo.io and/or koigo.io ("Site") and business customers who have registered with Koigo and its subsidiaries ("We"). Capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth herein or in the Koigo Terms of Service found at https://koigo.io/terms-of-service.
We collect information primarily to provide better services to all of our customers. We collect information you provide to us on our Site such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, company name, and demographics.

When we use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas, we do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. We track search terms entered in Search function as one of many measures of what interests our users, but we don't track which terms any particular user enters. We will not disclose any information about any individual user except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
We may display the following information to logged-in users according to their access level: first name and last name, analytics showing user usage of our platform, end user names, emails and sales data, user feedback and exceptions. We are not responsible for securing data or information by logged-in users. In no event shall Koigo, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, be liable to products/applications users for the revealing of information by the logged-in users after obtaining such information by them from the Company.
Koigo stores and processes customer data in Canada and the US.
All countries or territories where Koigo processes data ensure an adequate level of protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of said data. All platform infrastructure where processing takes place adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles agreed upon by the US, the European Union and Switzerland.

Koigo retains your data while you are a customer and will delete your information within 30 days of either party's termination of the Terms upon written request.
Koigo takes the protection of customer data extremely seriously. Technical measures are in place to prevent unauthorised or unlawful access to data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, data.
We give users options to opt-out wherever necessary and practical. Such choices include opting not to participate in certain interactive areas, which completely obviates the need to gather any personally identifiable information from our users. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your Koigo projects or our ongoing business relationship. You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes and deletions to your information including requests to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties by sending an email to support@koigo.io or via our contact form at https://koigo.io/contact. Koigo will respond within thirty (30) days to any request to delete your information. Individuals who have provided information to Koigo's customers must send requests to change or delete such information to the particular Koigo seller/merchant.
Koigo may change this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the "Last Updated" date above. You agree that your continued use of our Services after such changes have been published to our Services will constitute your acceptance of such revised Policy.
